PUTRAJAYA: A total of 68,366 e-hailing drivers received cash allowances of RM500, amounting to RM34mil, under the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional initiative, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has clarified.
The PMO also said 37,127 taxi drivers, tour guides and bus drivers had received cash allowances of RM600, totalling RM22.2mil.
