KUALA LUMPUR: Mega projects such as the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) will give priority to local workers and spur the job market in order to address unemployment problems post-Covid-19, says Datuk Seri M. Saravanan (pic).
The Human Resources Minister said among the measures adopted by the ministry to address the unemployment issue was to reduce the involvement of foreign workers by freezing recruitment in certain sectors until the end of the year.
