Art Harun’s EC exit seen as move to Speaker’s chair

PUTRAJAYA: Speculation that Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun will take over as Speaker of the Dewan Rakyat has further heightened with the announcement of his resignation as Election Commission chairman.

With the Parliament sitting starting on Monday, all eyes will be trained to see if Azhar, popularly known as Art Harun will sit in the Speaker’s chair.
