PETALING JAYA: Immigration detainees with Covid-19 may have gone undetected because the initial screening was done while the virus was still in the incubation stage, says Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
Their test may have been negative when they were first detained and this could have led to Covid-19 outbreaks at immigration detention centres, he said.
