KOTA KINABALU: Action must be taken to speed up the implementation of the Pan Borneo Highway project in Sabah, which has been affected by changes in the Federal Government, says Deputy Finance Minister I Datuk Abdul Rahim Bakri.
The highly anticipated project involving 1,236km of roads linking most of Sabah, was behind schedule, he said.
