Eight people to be charged with assaulting man who allegedly kicked food delivery rider

KUALA LUMPUR: Eight people are expected to be charged with threatening and kicking the man who allegedly kicked a female food delivery rider.

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Fadzil Ahmat said they investigated the report lodged by the man under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting.
