Perak Coffeeshop Association: Can people drop in and order takeaways?

IPOH: The Perak Coffeeshop Association will follow the ruling by the government to close shop for dine-in, says its chairman Ooi Beng Yeaw, but is unclear on whether customers could drop in to order takeaways.
