JPJ's mySIKAP system down, services nationwide disrupted


GEORGE TOWN: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is facing a nationwide interruption in providing their services.

In a statement posted on social media, it said the JPJ Malaysia mySIKAP system was experiencing accessibility issues due to technical problems.

They said recovery efforts were underway and difficulties were being resolved.

JPJ services at all counters nationwide as well as its mobile and other online platforms are affected.

Also affected are JPJ services offered transactions at post offices, MyEG and other partners.

JPJ said it deeply regretted inconveniences that arose as a result of the problem.
