Covid-19: MCMC HQ and another building closed temporarily


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission’s (MCMC) headquarters and old building in Cyberjaya will be temporarily closed today and tomorrow (March 5 and 6).

MCMC also announced that the apparatus assignment payment counter service at the MCMC headquarters has also been suspended temporarily from yesterday (March 4) to Sunday, March 8.

In a statement, it said the temporary closure and suspension were proactive measures following the spread of Covid-19.

However, the public can still apply and make payment arrangements for apparatus assignment through the following channels:

a. Application for apparatus assignment:http://espectra.support@mcmc.gov.my

i. Applications can be made online at https://espectra.mcmc.gov.my/; or

ii. For new applications, complete copies of the application form can be scanned and emailed to espectra.support@mcmc.gov.my

b. Payment for apparatus assignment can be made online at https://epayment.skmm.gov.my
