Khazanah employee among four new Covid-19 cases

PETALING JAYA: A Khazanah Nasional Berhad employee is among the four new cases of Covid-19 announced by the Health Ministry on Sunday (March 1).

The company said the employee had been diagnosed with Covid-19 and was now receiving treatment at a government hospital.

"Khazanah is working closely with health authorities and the management of our office premises in undertaking the necessary measures and precautions to ensure the health and safety of all our employees and those around them.

"This includes supporting the health authorities in identifying individuals who have come into close contact with the affected employee.

"Khazanah continues to operate, with minimal disruptions," it said in a statement on Sunday (March 1).

Earlier, the Health Ministry said that the four Covid-19 cases were Malaysians, bringing total number of those infected to 29.
