JOHOR BARU: A third bridge linking Johor Baru and Singapore will only be constructed after a holistic study on ways to overcome congestion at the Causeway and Second Link have been completed.
Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (pic) said the decision on the matter would depend on the study.
