KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians have a right to know how the now banned Belt & Road Initiative For Win-Winism comic book was handed over to Chinese President Xi Jinping, says MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
“There are pictures showing Xi looking at the comic in the presence of the Prime Minister. How was President Xi even handed the comic and who authorised it?
“Surely we have a right to know, ” he said in a statement.
