IPOH: A Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia member has accused the Perak government of handing out an RM1.15bil road maintenance project without an open tender.

Syed Razif Syed Rabii, from Lumut Bersatu, claimed the maintenance contract under the Malaysian Road Records Information System (Marris) was awarded to the company after a financial briefing held on Sept 8 in Genting Highlands.
