NIBONG TEBAL: The 100kph tail winds of Typhoon Lekima may only be a memory for most Penangites now but they may soon see fish prices rise if the floating fish farms decimated by the tempest cannot rise again.
Over 150 fish farmers lost 800 tonnes of fish worth RM29mil on the night of Aug 9.
