KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman is ruling out sabotage as the likely cause of diesel contamination in Sungai Selangor, says Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador.

The Inspector-General of Police said the investigation, which saw two men detained, pointed more towards negligence that led to the diesel spill.
