BUKIT MERTAJAM: The landowner of the illegal dumpsite in Bukit Teh, who was fined a paltry RM1,000 for allowing land the size of six football fields to be turned into a dumpsite, has been slapped with two more charges at a Magistrate’s Court here.
This time around, H’ng Boon Chai, 65, was charged with illegally developing the area.
