National Museum to play host to Asian museum conference in October

KUALA LUMPUR: For the first time, the National Museum will play host to the Asian National Museums Association (ANMA) conference, says Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Mohamaddin Ketapi.

The seventh ANMA executive meeting and conference set to take place from Oct 29 to 31 will see national museums from Asian countries meeting and coming up with a joint resolution on Malaysian grounds for the first time, said Mohamaddin.
