Students hit hard by fumes

Emergency treatment: A student from SMK Taman Nusa Damai, believed to be suffering from shortness of breath and nausea, being carried into an ambulance at the school in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

PASIR GUDANG: Three days after the second round of air pollution to have troubled the Pasir Gudang district, students of three schools around here suffered breathing difficulty and vomiting.

The victims, from SMK Taman Nusa Damai, SK Bukit Dahlia and SK Kopok, were sent to Sultan Ismail Hospital, health clinics and the operation centre at Pasir Gudang Indoor Stadium yesterday.
