PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The Federal Court has fixed Aug 7 to hear Datuk Seri Najib Razak's appeal to disqualify former Federal Court judge Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram (pic) as lead prosecutor in his 1Malaysian Development Bhd (1MDB) cases.
Deputy public prosecutor Ahmad Akram Gharib told reporters that the prosecution and defence in the case were also instructed to file their respective submissions before July 24.
