PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has questioned if DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang has resubmitted a proposal to the Cabinet to reform the matriculation programme, something he did five years ago.

"Lim said that in 2013, he made a recommendation to the prime minister and the Cabinet that 75% of the seats should be allocated based on student performance while 25% of the seats should be allocated to students from poor families," said the MCA president.
