Grab Malaysia deeply concerned over agencies' lack of readiness to regulate industry

PETALING JAYA: E-hailing company Grab Malaysia says it is "deeply concerned" by the lack of readiness of certain agencies to facilitate the industry towards compliance.

Grab Malaysia said that while it welcomed the decision to regulate the industry, regulators should proactively involve all key stakeholders throughout the process, especially when introducing new measures that have previously never been raised.
