MERSING: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has uncovered a syndicate forging Seamen Service Books for foreign fishermen following the arrest of a Vietnamese woman.
The woman, a permanent resident believed to be in her 30s, was arrested during a raid at her house near Tanjung Gemok in Rompin, Pahang, at about 10.15am on Feb 3.
