PETALING JAYA: Five former FGV Holdings Bhd directors have filed their defence and a counter suit against the company, adding that they were seeking the same amount of damages filed against them.
Online portal Malaysiakini reported that the five were former FGV directors Tan Sri Ismee Ismail, Tan Sri Wan Abdul Aziz Wan Abdullah, Tan Sri Sulaiman Mahbob, Datuk Nozirah Bahari and Datuk Fazlur Rahman Ebrahim.
