KOTA KINABALU: Sabah has begun banning smoking at eateries, a month after resisting the nationwide ban that kicked off on Jan 1.
As health enforcement personnel statewide started checking on eateries for compliance with the no-smoking rules, some smokers continued to light up but stubbed out quickly when operators reminded them about the ban.
