MELAKA: The Melaka government extends its apology to villagers of Pulau Nibong over the shortcut pandemonium on Tuesday (Oct 9).
Chief Minister Adly Zahari (pic) said that the incident shouldn't have occurred, and the state government would like to say sorry to those slighted by the incident.
"The matter should be handled by the local council and the Executive Councillor didn't need to be there," he said on Wednesday (Oct 10).
Adly said State Agriculture, Entrepreneur Development and Agro Based committee chairman Norhizam Hassan Baktee is passionate about his job and hardworking, but he must learn to delegate certain duties to relevant authorities without personally handling it.
