Hold on to your hope in God, Najib tells Rosmah

Eye of the media storm: Rosmah arriving at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya.

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak wrote a short note on his Facebook page soon after news broke that his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor had been detained by the authorities.

“Allah is the One who listens, no matter how soft is the whisper from (someone with) a sincere heart.

“So don’t ever stop praying and continue holding on to your hope in God,” he said in his Facebook post.

Meanwhile, Datin Azrene Soraya Abdul Aziz, who is Rosmah’s daughter from her previous marriage, said that she would always pray for the best.

“Sympathy definitely exists, no matter what happened.

“May Allah make it easier,” she posted on Instagram last night.

“At the end of the day, What’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong – it’s up to the courts to decide now ...” she posted.
