Guan Eng: Back to original plan that employers pay full cost of RM10k skilled foreign worker levy

PUTRAJAYA: The government has reverted to its initial plan for employers to pay the full RM10,000 levy due for an extension of employment for skilled foreign workers.

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said employers will have to pay the entire RM10,000 instead of having the skilled worker pay the bulk of it as originally planned.
