KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered Pakatan Harapan's Rantau candidate Dr S. Streram's suit against a returning officer and Election Commission (EC) over an alleged misuse of power to go to trial.
Dr Streram filed the RM7.6mil suit claiming misfeasance in public office and had named returning officer Amino Agos Suyub and the EC as the defendants.
