KUALA LUMPUR: Two defendants in a defamation lawsuit filed by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim have proposed to settle the case out of court.
Anwar’s counsel Sangeet Kaur Deo told media that Dr Mazlan Ismail and Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Bhd (TV3) made the proposal before High Court Judicial Commissioner Faizah Jamaludin in chambers on Monday (Aug 20).
