HULU LANGAT: The Balakong by-election is a straight fight between MCA’s Tan Chee Teong and DAP’s Wong Siew Ki. Both are going into the ring with strong support from the top guns in their parties.
The two were the only candidates after nomination closed at 10am yesterday at Dewan Desmene in the Hulu Langat Land and District Office.
