KUALA LUMPUR: The head of the Social Security Organisation (Socso), whose people have to call on the families of accident victims, is calling for stricter sentences for traffic offences.
Speaking about how much Socso has paid off because of workers affected by road accidents, chief executive Datuk Seri Dr Mohammed Azman Aziz Mohammed (pic) said, “We are the ones who go on the field to hand out cheques to the next-of-kin of the worker.
