KOTA KINABALU: The High Court here will deliver its ruling on Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal's application to strike out Tan Sri Musa Aman's suit to challenge the chief minister's post at 3pm on Sept 3.
Judge Datuk Yew Jen Kie made the order after hearing arguments from counsel Tengku Fuad Ahmad and defence counsel Datuk Douglas Lind on Monday.
