KOTA KINABALU: Two Sabah Barisan Nasional assemblymen are currently holding closed-door discussions with Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal and Sabah PKR chairman Christina Liew.

The two - Sebatik assemblyman Datuk Abdul Muis Picho and Tanjong Batu assemblyman Datuk Hamisah Samad - arrived at Mohd Shafie's house here at 12.15pm on Friday (May 11).

This is a new twist as the Sabah state government was formed on Thursday (May 10) night with the swearing in of Sabah Barisan chairman Tan Sri Musa Aman as the Chief Minister.

Abdul Muis and Hamisah showed up at Shafie's house a day after Upko acting president Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau and his secretary-general Datuk Donald Peter Mojuntin came to Shafie's house on Thursday morning, announcing Upko's departure from Barisan.

Warisan, Sabah PKR and DAP have called for all its 29 assemblymen to meet in Shafie's house at 2pm.
