KUALA LUMPUR: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Pribumi) has withdrawn its suit against the Registrar of Societies (RoS) seeking a declaration on the status of the party's registration.
High Court judge Justice S. Nantha Balan granted the application in chambers in the presence of parties on Tuesday (April 10).
