EMPLOYERS can check whether an individual has been involved in a child-related crime through the Child Registry issued by the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry, says Deputy Minister Datuk Azizah Mohd Dun.
She said the check would ensure individuals employed in institutions involving children were not involved in any child-related criminal offences.
