Fuel prices down for third week of March


PETALING JAYA: Fuel prices are down for the third week of March.

The price of RON95 petrol will go down by three sen to RM2.18 per litre, while RON97 will go down by two sen to RM2.45 per litre and the price of diesel will go down by one sen to RM2.16 per litre.

All new prices were announced on RTM1 on Wednesday (March 14) evening and will take effect from 12.01am on March 15 until March 21.

The weekly fuel pricing mechanism came into effect in April last year and the prices of petrol and diesel have been placed on a managed monthly float system since Dec 1, 2014 following the removal of fuel subsidies.
