Liow: Pakatan Harapan manifesto full of empty promises

KUALA LUMPUR: The Pakatan Harapan manifesto is built on empty promises that would not be fulfilled, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

"Many of the promises they (Pakatan Harapan) made in past elections have not been fulfilled," he said at a Chinese New Year open house event at SMJK (C) Chong Hwa on Saturday.
