GEORGE TOWN: Penang Gerakan has queried the state on the high density of the City of Dreams project in Bandar Tanjong Pinang, Tanjung Tokong.
It said that the 1.5ha project, comprising two 38-storey towers with 572 serviced apartments, worked out to 155 units per 0.4ha.
