PETALING JAYA: There are no restrictions for Muslims to have their photographs taken at non-Muslim photo studios, said Perak mufti Tan Sri Harussani Zakaria.
"We need a passport to go abroad and passports require photographs, MyKad requires photographs too. These photos have to be done in shops (mostly run) by non-Muslims.
