PETALING JAYA: Malaysia has voiced concerns on United States president Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital, calling on the US to reconsider its decision to do so.

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday that recognising Jerusalem as Israel's capital would put an end to all efforts made towards the resolution of the Palestinian crisis.
