KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here set Tuesday (Nov 14) for decision on Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun's application to set aside a subpoena applied by Sungai Besar Umno division chief Datuk Seri Jamal Md Yunos.
Jamal has applied to subpoena the Inspector-General of Police to testify as his witness in the suit filed by Bersih 2.0 chairman Maria Chin Abdullah.
