PUTRAJAYA: To further push the innovation agenda in the public sector, the Prime Minister has proposed the setting up of value innovation centres and create the post of chief innovation officers at all ministries and agencies.
Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said having VICs and CIOs would expedite the process of generating new ideas and breakthrough innovation.
