Teacher fails to set aside court order over leaked UPSR case

PUTRAJAYA: A primary school teacher has failed to set aside the previous Court of Appeal's order which instructed him to enter his defence to a charge of allegedly having images of leaked Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) exam papers in his handphone.

Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat who chaired the three-man panel, made the order after dismissing L. Subbarau @ Kamalanathan's application to review the decision made on May 25 this year.
