GEORGE TOWN: The five-day remand order for Penang state executive councillor Phee Boon Poh (pic) as well as a father-and-son duo have been set aside by the High Court here.
Judicial Commissioner Datuk Abdul Wahab Mohamed allowed the application for a revision of the remand, ruling that the order issued by a lower court contravened Section 117 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
