Late payment charges to be reviewed


THE days of all borrowers having to pay the same late payment charges, regardless of whether they are late by a day, a month or two months, will soon be a thing of the past.

A streamlined system to compute late payment charges for credit cards is being considered, said Domestic Trade, Consumerism and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin.
