KUALA LUMPUR: A 53-year-old businessman and his 40-year-old wife have pleaded not guilty in a magistrate's court here to employing an Indonesian maid without a permit.
Datuk Mohd Badlishah Abdullah and Shapiza Abdul Aziz were jointly charged with employing 37-year-old Herodian Nauf, who does not have a valid work permit.
