Netizens slam ‘evil’ man who brutally beat guard dog


PETALING JAYA: Animal lovers have lashed out at the man who was recorded attacking a guard dog, labelling him as “dangerous” and with “anger issues”.

The man, said to be Singaporean, was captured on closed-circuit television (CCTV) repeatedly hitting the dog at the entrance of a housing estate in Puchong on Sunday night.
