Federal Court upholds conviction of three accused in Sosilawati case

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has upheld the conviction and sentence of former lawyer N. Pathmanabhan and two of his farm hands in the murder of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and her three aides.

The court, however, acquitted and discharged another farm hand, R. Matan, due to insufficient evidence against him.
