Public holiday in Sarawak


KUCHING: The Sarawak Govern­ment has declared a public holiday in the state today to mourn the death of Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem.

Sarawak Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Abang Haji Openg, who announced this at a press conference here, said the state would observe seven days of mourning where the state flag would be flown at half mast. — Bernama
