BEIJING: Malaysia and China have reached an understanding in the fight against transnational crimes, including fraud carried out by syndicates from China but based in Malaysia.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said tens of billions of dollars were lost to these syndicates, which were targeting the Chinese.
